Maybe I'm just in a bad mood, but I've had the worst customer service today.

You know how when you go to check out at your local drug store, they ask, "Did you find everything okay today?" Well, for the first time ever, I was going to answer NO, and the guy didn't ask it.

The pharmacy tech totally blew me off. I asked if they have ferrous sulfate, and she said it was by the vitamins. That is a boldfaced lie, because I've been on and off this particular type of iron supplement for a very long time. So I check the ONE iron supplement by the vitamins, and it's ferrous fumarate. That's not the type I asked for, now is it?

And then, I get home, and UPS didn't leave the stinking package. They left me one of those "attempt to deliver" supersized post-it notes, because apparently everyone has a stay-at-home wife to sit around all day and wait to sign for packages. SO I signed it and put "Please leave inside the screen door" in the comments section, then put it right where they had put it, on the inside of the screen door. This is important.

So I get home, and there's no package. My note is still on the screen door, and now there's one on the regular door. You have got to be kidding me. You can't miss it on the screen door, unless you're turned around when you open it.

So, thanks a lot, Brown. Now I don't get to play Rockband tonight. And it is all your fault.

  1. Hate that system. I get that they don't want to leave the package but at least follow their own directions.

Be nice.
